Not every project needs full planning permission. In some cases, you can build under permitted development rights, which can save time and reduce the risk of objections.

Whilst we can’t guarantee that planning permission will be granted, we’ll advise you on the best route for your project based on your goals, location and property type. If permitted development applies, we’ll secure a Lawful Development Certificate, giving you written confirmation from the council that your plans are legal.
