We were looking to have a single story extension to our kitchen and a new utility room added to our existing property.

From a free initial consultation through to the completion of the Architectural design, submission of planning permission and structural engineering calculations David and his team have provided clear advice and answered all of our questions that we have had along the way.
The next phase for the project is the building by the chosen partners of David and we are looking forward to the start of that activity.

He further recommended we relocate an internal wall to improve the aspect ratio of our living area, as well as converting a single bedroom into a double. His company provided accurate CAD diagrams of the entire property as well as comprehensive stress calculations for the work intended. His fees were also very reasonably priced. We highly recommend.
